Return / Exchange Policy:
Our policy is very simple. If you receive a defective item from us (NOT AFTER USE), you can report it to us by email for return / exchange / refund arrangements. Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be received within 10 days of receipt of merchandise, and we reserve the right to deny requests outside of these parameters.

Items returned must be in as-new (ie. resellable) condition: with all packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact and in original packaging. Merchandise must be received before we will process and ship any replacement or refund. All merchandise should be returned to us by methods which provide proof of shipment. We are not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in shipping & recommend you purchase insurance.

Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

PRE-ORDERS:  May be cancelled within 7 days for a full refund.  After 7 days, we must charge a 20% cancellation fee, as that is what we are charged by our distributors... if we are allowed to cancel it at all!

We reserve the right to return merchandise to the customer and not refund any money, if we deem the merchandise has been used, abused, misused, improperly built, modified in any form, has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants, or has been damaged during return shipping.

Required legal mumbo-jumbo:

  • Please inspect the product when you receive it, and report any issues to us BEFORE you try to use the item.
  • If the exterior shipping box is damaged, take a photo before opening it, should your item be damaged in shipping.
  • Returns / exchanges / refunds are not allowed for used products.
  • Liability shall neither be assumed nor accepted for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from the use or misuse of the products we sell
  • Any claims arising from the operation of, failure of, or malfunction of said products will be denied
  • We assume no liability for personal injuries, property damages or consequential damages resulting from our products.
  • These terms apply to all sales made from us via website, email, social media, or phone. By placing your order, you agree to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to amend this policy without notification.
  • Limits of Responsibility:
    • All products are sold under this warranty and disclaimer:
    • Defective Items: Please contact us to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the defective item for a replacement.
    • We refuse shipments that are returned without an RMA # having first been obtained.
    • We reserve the right to return the defective merchandise to the customer at the customer's shipping expense if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form.
    • We DO NOT allow exchange of defective items for different product unless the item being returned is out of stock.
    • Customers must inform us of any order discrepancy within 7 days of receipt so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
    • We recommend that you use a tracking number & insurance (We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages.)
    • We do not reimburse or refund shipping costs.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer pays return shipping on all services
    • If it is our mistake, we will pay for return shipping.
    • The merchandise must be in Brand New, Unused condition, and in its original packaging.
    • Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the return/exchange.
  • You may change or cancel your order only if it has not been processed for shipment. Once your order has been packed, we cannot make any changes.
  • We are not responsible for typographical or photographical errors
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • Pre-order dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change.
  • You can expect your order to be processed within 1 to 2 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification.
  • Orders will not be processed on weekends, Mondays, or holidays.
  • Backorders/Preorders: Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed, this allows us to get the item to you faster and helps keep our prices low.
  • You can request a cancellation at any time prior to your item being shipped to you. If it is a pre-order, you have 7 days to cancel, otherwise a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations are processed & refunded to you immediately upon receipt, providing your order has not already shipped.
  • Shipping to a Third-Party Address: For fraud prevention purposes, we reserve the right to verify orders through a variety of means which may include phone verification, or requests for copies of credit card and drivers license.
  • LI Toy & Game™ reserves the right to cancel your order and void/credit the corresponding credit card charge if we are not satisfied as to the authenticity of the order.
  • Use of fraudulence credit cards will be prosecuted, and your info will be forwarded to the FBI for investigation.
